Ashton Old Road
The first phase of this mixed office and retail development opened in November 2002. This involved a major redevelopment of a six acre derelict site off Ashton Old Road in the district centre of Openshaw, East Manchester.
The first phase houses a Matalan Store, a Choices Video and 10 000 square foot of high tech office space.
Phase two has subsequently been completed housing a further 10 000 square foot of high tech office space for the local housing authority.
