York Science Park
The Science Park, linked to the University of York, is a prestigious, purpose-built development specifically catering for the needs of science, technology and knowledge based businesses.
With more than 100 000 sq ft of specialist facilities, it was the first UK Science Park to offer dedicated IT, bio and knowledge based incubation space supporting a wide range of innovative firms in fields including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, computer science, electronics and healthcare.
WCEC has been working with P&O Developments and the University of York over the last five years on the phased development of office units and laboratories.
