Community Centre, Cambridgeshire
Designed for Gallagher Estates, these community facilities and recreation grounds have been constructed as part of the client's planning gain requirements.
This environmentally friendly green roof complex was completed in 2008 and handed over to the local authority. The scheme includes sports pitches and facilities, changing facilities, meeting rooms, cafe, kitchen and library wall, featuring local artefacts.
