Stocksbridge district centre, Sheffield
Plans have been submitted for a £46 million redevelopment of Stocksbridge district centre in
WCEC is once again working with developers Dransfield Properties and Gallagher Estates, and has designed a scheme which delivers:
- A new foodstore
- purpose built non food retail space
- state of the art office accommodation
- a health and leisure club
The design makes use of existing buildings, bringing decaying buildings back to life and ensuring Stocksbridge’s rich industrial heritage is preserved for many years to come.
