Stocksbridge district centre, Sheffield
Plans have been submitted and approved for a £46 million redevelopment of Stocksbridge district centre in Sheffield.
wcec is once again working with developers Dransfield Properties and Gallagher Estates, and has designed a scheme which delivers:
· A new foodstore
· Purpose built non food retail space
· State of the art office accommodation
· A Health and Leisure Club
The design makes use of existing buildings, bringing decaying buildings back to life and ensuring Stocksbridge’s rich industrial heritage is preserved for many years to come.
