Partnering with B&Q
WCEC became partnering architects for B&Q in 2004, and is just one of three practices to work with the company to deliver new stores nationwide.
We've successfully completed several projects including a 120,000 sq ft B&Q Warehouse at Cribbs Causeway in Bristoal, a mixed use phased development which is home to a B&Q Mini-Warehouse and a small industrial park in Penryn in Cornwall.
B&Q is committed to be being a sustainable retailer with all new stores securing a high BREEAM rating and the company asking us to develop their environmental standards and model store details.
