Retail Parks
Gallagher Shopping Centre, Longwell Green, Bristol
A non food retail park completed in 2008 comprising 100,000 sq ft of retail space and 388 parking spaces. The project involved demolishing an old run sdown shopping centre and creating a new park which is home to tenants such as Next, Boots River Island, Arcadia and Clarkes.
Three Lakes Retail Park, Selby
Phase one of this successful retail park opened in 2004 including 72,000 square foot of retail space, plus a fast food restaurant.
Phase two has now been completed including a new JJB health and fitness club with retail above, and the latest addition to the park is an Argos Extra.
Wednesbury Retail Park, J9 M6
This development was phase 2 of the retail development undertaken by JJ Gallagher following the sucess of phase 1 and the construction of a B&Q Warehouse.
WCEC has been involved with this site in Wednesbury with JJ Gallagher for a number of years. We have designed and built over 250,000 square foot of retail space and three new restaurants.
Recently we have been involved with the refurbishment and upgrade of early phases of the development, in addition to further phases of new build development
