Mixed Use Development, Holderness Road, Hull
This £24 million leisure and retail development on a 10.5 acre gateway site was officially opened by John Prescott in December 2003.
The scheme includes a drive through KFC restaurant, a new JJB health and lifestyle centre along with the Big W format of Woolworths, a Matalan store and customer service centre for Kingston Upon Hull City Council.
It received an RICS regeneration award in 2003.
