wcec designed this five storey high quality residential development in central Gainsborough for Marshalls Yard Limited.
The design includes bars and restaurants at Ground floor level opening out onto a new civic square with high quality landscaping and fountains, with four levels of luxury apartments over, and basement car parking.
This scheme formed a part of the wider award winning regeneration proposals by wcec architects for central Gainsborough.
