Gate No. One, Gainsborough
WCEC designed this five storey high quality residential development in central Gainsborough for Marshalls Yard Limited.
The design includes bars and restaurants at Ground floor level opening out onto a new civic square with high quality landscaping and fountains, with four levels of luxury apartments over, and basement car parking.
This scheme formed a part of the wider award winning regeneration proposals by WCEC Architects for central Gainsborough.
