Tunstall East, Regeneration
This is a major regeneration project has brought new life into the retail heart of Tunstall Town centre for Dransfield Properties.
The first three phases of the development contain seven new retail units including Matalan, Next and Argos plus a Pizza Hut restaurant.
Work is now complete on the regeneration of a former Wedgwood factory in Tunstall whichch will deliver additional retail, a health and fitness centre for JJB, a Carphone Warehouse.
A later phase of the development will provide 25,000 sq ft of facilities for North Staffordshire Primary Care Trust plus an additional 20,000 sq ft of retail space.
