WCEC Architects County Winner: Commercial Buildings.
WCEC have been announced as the County winner for commercial buildings in North Wales.
This is in recognition of the high standards of professionalism for the new Morrison’s store in Holyhead.

This award is for a new 32000 sqft superstore with the structure being designed to incorporate all the amenities expected of a modern superstore along with a large 134 seat Café. WCEC’s design features energy saving technologies, including intelligent lighting control
systems that minimize the use of artificial lighting required, with the lighting switching off automatically when there is sufficient daylight or when areas of the building are unoccupied. This store is now the largest food store on Anglesey.
This development has played a significant part in the overall development of the site which WCEC have been developing on behalf of Clients including Brantano, Peacocks and New Look.
