Alnwick Has Been Confirmed

It was confirmed by Pettifer Estates that on 26 July 2005 the non-food retail scheme proposed for Alnwick was unanimously approved under Planning for Pettifer Estates and the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland.
During the committee report, the design of the units received high commendation from all members of the committee, which stated that this would be a prestigious development for Alnwick Town Centre.
